Reunion Event Details

Dear friends, we are very close to our reunion in Ithaca! I hope everyone has made reservations using the room block set up for us at the Hilton Garden Inn! Here is a summary of events (and per-head pricing) planned out during July 29/August 1, 2010. A full events listing will be available for pickup at the Front Desk of the Hilton Garden Inn as well. 

Events fall into two categories - CORE and OPTIONAL. Core events require upfront deposit payment via PayPal. Optional events are a la carte, and you take care of your own bill at the time of service):

EVENT 1 optional : Thursday p.m. - Simeons on the Commons
EVENT 2 optional : Friday a.m. - Finger Lakes Winery Tour ($88)
EVENT 3 CORE : Friday p.m. - Kimes' Residence - $62 (includes food, beverage and contribution towards a gift for Professor Kimes)EVENT 4 optional : Friday late night pub crawl 
EVENT 5 optional : Saturday a.m. Sciencenter with Kids / Me-time
EVENT 6 CORE : Saturday p.m. - Hinkins - $52  (includes food, beverage and contribution towards a gift for Professor Kimes)EVENT 7 optional : Saturday evening/late night - Level B drinks/dancing EVENT 8 optional : Sunday morning brunch - State Diner

What is expected of you: 
1. Send an email to chatsphotogpilot@gmail.com SUBJECT Headcount/Payment, with the following info:
  • Your name
  • Number of people you would like to pay for
  • Are you attending the Wine Tour?
2. Make a payment on the Payment Portal http://mmh2000.blogspot.com/
3. Please make Payments within 48h of sending an email to Chats. Note all upfront payments are due by July 15, 2010.
